Free Training for Bus Drivers
Accademy Perrella Noleggio Bus, in collaboration withUmana,has launched a new training school. The school aims to train aspiring drivers without the necessary driving qualifications. This will meet the growing demand for tour bus drivers and offer people aged 23 to 50 a secure employment opportunity through a professional development program.
No cost to candidates: The process for obtaining D and DE driving licences and the Driver Qualification Card (CQC) is financed by Umana through Forma.Temp, the fund dedicated to financing training for unemployed or temporary workers, and therefore provides full cost coverage.
We strongly believe in this initiative (Academy), both as an opportunity for the company to acquire new professionals to add to our workforce and as an opportunity for candidates to obtain the qualification free of charge with subsequent certain and immediate job placement.

Who can apply
The requirements are:
be 23 years old or older
be unemployed or receive NaSpi
driving license B
psychophysical suitability (to be verified through a preliminary examination)
no convictions or pending criminal proceedings
enjoyment of civil and political rights
middle school diploma
availability to attend the 215.5 hour training course
Punctuality, reliability, flexibility, and motivation are also required; good communication skills and ability to interact with customers; availability for full-time work and availability to work holidays
Training and Work Academy
The course consists of 215.5 hours of attendance, at the end of which candidates will be able to take the qualifying exam at the Civil Motorization offices.
Candidates who have obtained the qualifications and passed the final theoretical and practical test will find immediate employment at PERRELLA BUS on a 12-month temporary contract, qualifying as TOURIST BUS DRIVER, on a FULL-TIME contract.
